Earlier this month, I spent some time at NY NOW in New York City. Held at the Javits Center, NY NOW is a trade-only wholesale marketplace for retail buyers seeking design-driven innovation and on-trend style.

A new section was added this time around and I couldn’t wait to browse it. It was called PlayUSA. That’s right. An entire section devoted to some of the most awesome toys around. It was a joy to walk these aisles and check out new toys in the marketplace. It was also fantastic to see quite a few of our remarkable honorees at the show including:

• Insect Lore
• Banana Panda
• Crazy Aaron’s
• Moonlite
• Storyastic
• Ukidz
• Buddha Board
• Boogie Boards

I had a chance to chat with many and learn their plans for the upcoming year as well as check out their current offerings and our award-winning items. It is always a good time when talking with Mom’s Choice honorees.

NY NOW did not disappoint this time around as once again it showcased so many original products that we didn’t know we needed! I’m already looking forward to August.
