Award-Winning Children's book — The Plant Pledge

The Plant Pledge: A Children’s Book About Eating Vegetables
Written by Kate Murray; Illustrated by Sarah Geraci

This book is written in rhyming verse and teaches children (and entire families!) the importance of eating more vegetables and less processed foods. That’s a valuable lesson that extends well beyond the dinner table. Early childhood is an important foundation for health and well-being. Throughout the primary years, children are rapidly changing, growing, and developing in both ability and personality. By consuming a diet of mostly whole, plant-based foods, children are far more likely to avoid a host of problems that are beginning to show up far earlier these days such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers, and chronic autoimmune diseases. This book serves not only children, but inspires the entire family to take part in the rise of a happier, healthier generation.
