With the beginning of the New Year comes lots of celebrations, hopeful energy, and resolutions to be the best version of ourselves that we can be this year. For me, my New Year's resolutions were to 1) try to be kinder to myself, and 2) cook at home more often.

However, my biggest problem with cooking at home is not feeling inspired about what to cook. This means I end up making the same meals over and over again, hoping to find something new and exciting that I can enjoy but ultimately being disappointed.
